Paul Sweeney has worked in ELT for over twenty years and considers himself lucky to have spent more than half of that in ICT related roles.

A lot of these were in the British Council where he got to work on pre-internet blended learning courses, early internet based face to face and distance courses, instructional design before we knew what that was, early online community building for teachers and learners and lots more.

He then worked intensively in Second Life for two years as Education Director of Languagelab before leaving to start his own consultancy business Eduworlds Knowledge Ltd.

He lived for long periods in Spain, Portugal and Italy and is now based in the UK with his wife and 3 year old child who keeps his working hours in check while continually providing him with great insights into apps and mobile devices which he then doesn't have much time to blog about here http://www.eduworlds.co.uk/blog
